About the role

We’re now looking for someone to take charge of two of our most important acquisition channels: influencers and expert prescribers - people who shape the health journeys of others. You’ll help bring the mission of Lucis to thousands more through the voices people already trust.

Core responsibilities

Build and scale a performance engine for influencer & expert partnerships.

You will:

• Lead acquisition of health influencers and prescriptors

  Outreach, onboarding, and growth activation — across IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

• Run the affiliate & referral engine

  Trackable links, performance dashboards, top-performer playbooks.

• Operationalize the system

  CRM hygiene, campaign sequencing, performance reporting — supported by our internal tools and workflows.

• Strengthen existing relationships

  Turn one-time posts into ongoing partnerships. Build trust, upsell, and keep our top voices close.

• Test and learn

  Design experiments across tiers, topics, and formats. Run monthly reviews. Share what works. Kill what doesn’t.

• Bring in new ideas

  Community campaigns. Drops. Group cohorts. Video challenges. You have space to try bold formats that match Lucis’ tone: credible, human, science-first.
